Come home to yourself.

A grounded space for finding your voice, exploring your spirituality, and reconnecting with yourself—especially when the beliefs you grew up with no longer fit.

01

Welcome

There is no single right path.

The Regulated Path is a space for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and moving through life with greater steadiness and intention.

We make room for honest questions about faith, identity, and belonging. Religious trauma and nervous-system regulation are central to the writing and education here. You do not have to share my beliefs—or have your own beliefs figured out—to be welcome.

Work with me

Space to hear yourself.

Individual spiritual coaching for exploring what matters to you and finding a direction that feels like your own.

Spiritual coaching

Maybe your spirituality is changing. Maybe you are learning to trust your voice after years of looking outside yourself for permission. Or maybe you simply want someone to think alongside you while you explore what comes next.

Our conversations can make room for your values, identity, intuition, questions about faith, and practices that support reflection and everyday awareness. I bring warmth and curiosity; your beliefs and choices remain your own.

We can draw on reflection, mindfulness, meditation, and gentle body awareness when they fit. You can ask questions, decline a practice, or change direction.

Coaching and therapy have different purposes.

Spiritual coaching supports personal exploration and direction. It does not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, clinical trauma processing, or crisis care. My counseling work is provided separately through Collaborative Change. If your needs call for therapy, we’ll discuss finding the appropriate support.

Live meditation · in development for November

A little room to arrive.

A three- or four-week live series is taking shape: time to pause, notice your experience, and explore a practice that fits your life.

01

Arriving

Orient to where you are and explore ways of settling into the moment without forcing yourself to feel calm.

02

Listening

Notice your body with curiosity, with room to move, keep your eyes open, or choose a different focus.

03

Making it yours

Explore small practices you can return to in everyday life. An optional fourth week would make space for integration.

Meet Mindy

Where curiosity meets embodiment.

Hi, I’m Mindy—an Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor, spiritual coach, and deeply curious human fascinated by how the mind, body, nervous system, and spirit shape our experience.

I created The Regulated Path as a space where practical tools for regulation and meaningful spiritual exploration can exist together. Drawing from somatic awareness, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, Reiki, and archetypal work, I explore what helps us understand ourselves more deeply and live in ways that feel grounded, authentic, and aligned.

Before becoming a counselor, I was an executive pastry chef. Creativity, curiosity, and being human still belong in my work. My approach is relational: I want people to feel heard, have room to ask questions, and find language for their own experience.

I’m trained in EMDR and Gestalt therapy. Those are part of my clinical background; coaching through The Regulated Path is a separate service.
